Admission:

Admission is open on any working day. Persons, interested to take an admission in any available course or subject should fill up an admission form and pay required fees or charges. Admission form is available at any institute centre or it can be downloaded from institute’s website – www.ccaiindia.com.

Necessary documents should be presented to the office in time of admission, like 1) 2 copies of passport size photograph, 2) Xerox copy of Age proof certificate, 3) Xerox copy of last qualification proof, 4) Xerox copy of address proof and any other document required for the official purposes.

The admission form should be duly filled up (in details with all information as required) otherwise it may be cancelled by the authority.

Part payment not acceptable. Cheque or Draft not acceptable.

Paid amount (part or in full) is non refundable.

Payment should be made only in cash. But for DISTANCE SPOKEN ENGLISH COURSE or other courses where a distance mode of training offered ON-LINE Admission & ON-LINE payment accepted. Details can be downloaded from institute’s website – www.ccaiindia.com

After admission in any course or subject it cannot be transferred to another course. Admission is a totally a non transferable process.

Tuition fees & Installments:

Every payment of tuition fees or installment should be made within 5th working day of every month. Otherwise, in case of any delay a ‘Fine’ will be charged.

If any monthly tuition fee or an installment is lying unpaid for over a month the student will receive an oral notice from the office and as the next step the student won’t be allowed to continue classes from the next month.

In case of any problem regarding payment or whatever, students may appeal to authority through a written application.

CONCESSION for economically challenged people:

The institute offers concession to the economically suffered students. The institute can arrange FULL or PARTIAL Concession to them. In that case students will have to bear a responsible behavior to their educational practice as well as the institute.

The student who wants this concession can apply to the authority after three months of their admission. They should furnish all relevant proofs behind their economic constraints.
