Rules & Regulations

Holidays:

All Government & local holidays are followed. Yearly Holiday Notice issued every year within 15th of January. Students and guardians are requested to follow school notice board. School authority deserves to announce 7 (seven) special holidays during the year with or without showing any reason which will be on principal’s discretion.

Discipline:

Students are expected to be very polite and disciplined in the school premises. Obeying the school authority, principal & teachers and also other non-teaching staffs, is a must for every student. Even students will keep a healthy relational behavior with other students in the institute. General Instructions which are noted in School Prospectus should be followed unquestionably by every student.

Any act of students if found manner less, ill or sick, bad or injurious for discipline of the institute, humiliating or insulting to any body, harmful to social or national relationship, spreading communal or political misunderstandings; the concern student will have to face a disciplinary action from the end of the institute. In that case the student will be first cautioned and next his all existence in the school will be made null and void.

Dress Code:

Every student is expected to have a basic sense of wearing dress in the school premises; they are not expected to wear any kind of dress which is disgraceful for an academic environment. They are directed to wear a FORMAL dress which adds a personality and smartness to their image.

Basic social manners should be maintained in this regard, i.e., they are not allowed to wear a CAP or SUNGLASSES inside the school premises.

Study Leave:

1) Students can take leave for M.P., H.S., Graduation /Masters Level Exams, Semesters (in Engineering & Management Exams) or Part Examinations (I,II,III) for 2 (two) months maximum, without paying any tuition for the period against proper application to the authority. In that case, application should be submitted at least 15 days advance otherwise leave may not be granted. Leave cannot be extended more than two months without payment. In case of any extension of leave students have to pay tuition fee for those extended months.
