RULES & REGULATIONS

General Instruction to the students:

• Students should take permission before entering or departing the class.

• Students have to show proper causes if they are late to arrive the class. Teacher may not allow them to join the class if they are late more than 15 minutes. In that case, they may appeal to the authority showing satisfactory reasons for late. Permission granted or not depends on the decision of the authority.

• Gossiping, making noise in the class room is strictly prohibited. A strict discipline should be maintained to keep an academic environment.

• Use of MOBILE PHONE is strictly prohibited in the school premises. It should be kept switched off. Authority may take disciplinary action against the student on violation of this instruction.

• Every student is expected to behave well with all the persons in school campus. They should maintain proper manner, courtesy and academic etiquette.

• Students are not allowed to join any class except their own scheduled classes.

• Students are not expected to detain in the class room or in the office unnecessarily. They are not allowed to assemble in the school premises after their scheduled class time.

• Keeping the school premises clean and Hygienic is a duty of every student. They should care for the same. They should not make the premises dirty, destroy or damage any property. In case, a student found disturbing the silence, cleanliness, or damaging any article or property belong to the school will be charged a monitory fine. If the student doesn’t pay the fine may be dismissed from the institute.

• Class time or Shift can not be changed without a prior permission of authority. Student can apply for the change of shift or class time. Application should be submitted within the 25th of current month. At the beginning or at the middle of any month shift change is not possible. This ‘the change’ is solely a matter of authority’s decision.

• Changing the Campus or study centre is possible against a written application to the authority. But the student should satisfy the authority about the reason of his/her migration to another campus. A ‘Service Charge’ should be paid along with the application form.

• No student can make an appointment with any of his/her friend or relative in the school premises. Except GUARDIAN no other person can meet the student in the school. In case of any incident, where a relative or anybody known to any student creates a chaos in the school premises, the particular student will have to take all responsibility. Student cannot come to the school with anybody accompanied by. In case, if that happen, the student will remain responsible for any ill behavior or chaos created by the person.

• Present or former, no student can meet a teacher or any other staff without a proper permission from the office. If any student wants to meet a particular teacher, at first he/she should inform the office.

• Study leave or absence what ever, if it is more than 1 week, students should take permission for that from the authority; without permission if the absence continues more than 2 weeks school will inform the guardian over telephone or by letter post. In that case, the student or his/her guardian should contact or meat the school authority within the scheduled day fixed by the authority, otherwise the students name will be strike-through in the school register.

• Students should care for their vehicles or conveyances, as authority takes no responsibility in case of any loss or miss handle of that. They should care for the security of their belongings themselves. Cycle, Motorcycle or any other conveyances should be parked outside the school compound at the proper parking area. Students are not expected to create an obstacle in front of any home or shop, mid way or where ever while parking their conveyances.

• Should always carry the Identity Card; and must exhibit anytime on demand or requirement of the authority.

• Joining school activities are a must to all the students. No excuse is accepted in case the student is not joining the activity. School authority may consider the students presence in the school null and void if they think the student is avoiding the school activities. These activities are like,
• 1.School Foundation Day Celebration programmes.
• 2. Annual Competitions or exhibitions.
• 3. School picnic.
• 4. Educational tours.
• 5. School sports.
• 6. Fund collection for the victims of natural calamity / Natural calamity relief program.
• 7. Publishing School Magazine,
• 8.Seminars. Etc.

• Students should abide by all the rules & regulations properly. In case of any grievance they may directly write to the principal or may meet the principal. Students are expected to stretch their helping hands to the authority that the organization can run all activities well.
